1. General terms
These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services. They will be regarded as accepted by the customer after receipt of the goods or service at the latest. Terms of business and purchase contrary to the ones defined here are only valid if they have been agreed on in writing by both sides. Subsidiary agreements and additions to the contract are invalid if they are not explicitely confirmed in written form by the company The Clash. We are entitled to transfer claims arising from our business relations.

2. Order
You can order via online-shop, in written form via letter, fax or e-mail or you can call us.
You can reach us from Monday to Friday between 12 am and 6.30 pm and on Saturdays between 10 am and 2 pm under the following number: Tel./Fax: 0049/(0)371/4661178
The online-shop is - as a matter of course - open around the clock.

3. Right of revocation and return (powers of revocation)
End-users are lawfully entitled by the German Mail Order Law (Fernabsatzgesetz) to make use of their right of revocation and return. The revocation does not necessarily include an explanation and has to be made in written form by using a different permanent data carrier or by returning the goods within two weeks. In order to comply with the time limit it is sufficient to return goods on time. The time limit for revocation begins with the day on which the customer has received the goods. In case the company The Clash does not or does only insufficiently carry out its disclosure duty the time limit for revocation and return is four months after receipt of the goods by the customer. If the price of the product is less than 40 Euro The Clash will bear the costs of return. The explanation of the revocation does not have to be signed by the customer in order to be effective.

4. Terms of payment
After your order has been sent you´ll get a confirmation via e-mail. You´ll receive your invoice separately via letter or e-mail as soon as we have checked your order. Please do not transfer any money until then!

9. Reservation of ownership / Proprietary rights
The Clash reserves the right of ownership of the delivered goods and services until the complete payment of all debts against the purchaser that arose or will arise from the business relation, no matter what kind of legal asset these debts are. With reference to unpaid invoices, the reserved ownership is considered to secure the debts.

10. Exchange of goods
Goods that do not fit you, that you do not like or that are faulty or defective can be returned to us within 14 days. We will then exchange the goods or refund your money. However, the postage must be paid by them expenses.

11. Delivery times
Goods will usually be delivered immediately after receipt of your order or after incoming payments. Nevertheless, details about the delivery time are not binding. Delivery for Central Europe approximately between 2 and 4 days and for Northern and Southern Europe approximately between 4 and 10 days. We reserve the right of partial deliveries.

12. Warranty / liability for defects
Warranty complies with the current regulations of the German Civil Law.

13. Applicable law
The German law is obligatory for these terms and conditions and all business relations between the company The Clash and the purchaser. The vendor's place of business will be the place of jurisdiction for all legal cases that arise directly or indirectly from the business relation. If any regulation of these terms and conditions or any other regulations within other agreements is not valid, this will have no effect on the validity of the other regulations and agreements.

14. Data protection
The company The Clash is entitled to use all data about the purchaser arising from the business relation or in connection with it within the framework of the Federal Data Protection Act, no matter if these data have been provided by the customer himself or by a third party. This information replaces the notification in accordance with the Data Protection Act that personal data about the customer will be saved and processed via EDP.
